Summer Suzuki Violin Camp
Suzuki Violin Summer Camp, ages 3+
Taught by Ms. Ruth Tumpalan
Suzuki Violin Camp gives you and your child an opportunity to experience a fun, friendly, and positive approach to playing the violin, taught in the style of a traditional Suzuki foundation. Parent participation (especially for pre-twinkle/beginner’s level class) is recommended.
Pre-twinkle Suzuki Violin Camp: An exciting introduction to the violin for those who are new to the instrument! No violin? Ask us about our affordable violin rental program. For students ages 3+, with a max of 4 students per class, space is limited! Camp will conclude with a final recital performance on Friday, July 19th at 7pm at the LSM Performance Space.

Book 1 Suzuki Violin Camp: Experience a fun and productive summer boost! For violin students who have completed Suzuki Twinkle Theme and Variations. Get motivated as you learn new concepts and cool techniques with Suzuki repertoire! Camp will conclude with a final recital performance on Friday, July 19th at 7pm at the LSM Performance Space.

Advanced Suzuki Violin Camp, for ages 4+: Promising artists learn, rehearse, and perform a Concerto by Telemann for violin. Be inspired as you see how each individual part weaves together to form a complete, exciting musical work! For intermediate level violin students (Suzuki Book 2+), 3rd position required. Camp will conclude with a final recital performance on Friday, July 19th at 7pm at the LSM Performance Space. Once registered, students will receive a copy of their music to get a head start in preparations.

Suzuki Violin Parents Workshop (90 minute seminar)
A Suzuki program rests on the foundation of a highly qualified instructor, committed students, and highly-involved parents. Join us as we discuss the Suzuki philosophy and important tools necessary for a Suzuki parent, including practice tips & tricks, technique trouble shooting, and more. Highly recommended for parents of both old and new students.
