Avery Justado

Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Houston,TX, Avery developed not only a love for music at an early age but also a strong Southern hospitality mindset rooted in warmth, kindness, and community.

She first explored her musical interests when her parents put her in piano lessons at a young age. She played drums in her middle school's band, and participated in her church's choir before transitioning into musical theatre in high school, doing productions such as Oklahoma!, Newsies, and Beauty and the Beast. Although she didn't pursue music professionally, it remains an essential part of her daily life, with Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and alternative indie as her favorite genres.

Avery graduated from Montclair State University, where she studied Marine Biology and Coastal Sciences for her Bachelor's degree and has done research on local algae species on the Jersey Shore. During her time there, she also worked at the university's Recreational Center building leadership, teamwork and administrative skills while fostering welcoming and inclusive spaces for others.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys attending concerts and shows in NYC, weightlifting, and deep diving into research about marine/ocean life. Whether through science, creativity, or connection, she brings curiosity, heart, and friendliness to everything she does.
